Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to every photo you upload and every video you generate with Gas Station Dance AI. If you do not agree with it, do not use the service.

Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

You may not upload material for, generate, or share through the service any content in the following categories:

1. Pornography and sexual content (NSFW) — nudity, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content, or photos intended to produce such content.
2. Violence and gore — graphic violence, injury, blood, torture, or content that promotes or glorifies violence, terrorism or self-harm.
3. Hate speech and harassment — content that attacks, demeans or threatens people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected characteristic, and content that bullies or harasses a specific person.
4. Child-unsafe content — any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers minors. Photos of anyone under 18 may not be uploaded at all. We report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.
5. Deepfakes and impersonation — content that presents a real person as someone else, makes a real person appear to say or do something they did not agree to, or is used to deceive, defraud or defame. Do not upload photos of public figures, celebrities or politicians, and do not use the service to pass a video off as genuine footage of another person.
6. Copyright and trademark infringement — photos or content you do not have the right to use, including other people's copyrighted images, characters, brands and logos.

You also may not use the service for anything illegal, for spam or fraud, or to evade these rules (for example by altering photos to get past our checks).

Photos of Real People

Upload only photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed to appear in your video. By uploading a photo you confirm that it is your own material or that you have the permission of every person in it. Consent does not make an otherwise prohibited video acceptable: the categories above apply in every case.

Content Moderation

• No free-text prompts. Every video follows the same built-in gas station dance template: the dance, the selfie and the car exit. Users cannot write prompts to steer the content.
• Automated safety checks. Uploaded photos and generated videos pass the content-safety checks of our video generation provider (ByteDance Seedance models). Photos or videos flagged as sexual, violent or otherwise sensitive are rejected and are not delivered; the credits for a rejected video are returned automatically. On Seedance 2.5 every photo is reviewed before generation starts.
• Private by default. Generated videos are shown only in the signed-in account that made them. We do not publish user videos in a public gallery or feed.
• Human review. We manually review every report we receive and any account flagged by our checks, and we keep records of rejected generations and of the decisions we take.

Reporting Violations

If you see a video made with Gas Station Dance AI that breaks this policy, or a video that uses your photo without your consent, email support@gasstationdanceai.org with:

• a link to or copy of the content, or where you saw it;
• a short description of the problem;
• if it concerns you, how we can contact you.

Signed-in users can also use the support button on the site. We acknowledge reports within 2 business days. Reports involving minors or non-consensual content are handled first.

Enforcement

When we find a violation we may, depending on its severity:

• remove the content and delete the related photos and videos;
• reject or cancel the generation;
• suspend or permanently ban the account;
• forfeit the remaining credits of a banned account without refund;
• report the matter to law enforcement where the law requires it or a person is at risk.

Serious violations, including anything involving minors, lead to an immediate permanent ban.
